Royal Honey Opens Its First Showroom in Tbilisi
Royal Honey, one of the leading honey production companies in Georgia, has opened a new showroom in Tbilisi. The facility is split into two sections: one for showcasing the brand, conducting business negotiations, and offering honey & jam tastings, while the other serves as a storage area for honey.
This strategic move comes as Royal Honey’s products are being sold in supermarket chains, restaurants, and small shops across Georgia. With this addition of a storage facility in Tbilisi, the company can maintain the ideal temperature for storing its honey, ensuring timely distribution throughout the country.
The showroom will also play a key role in fostering relationships with domestic buyers and potential exporters and has already sucessfully hosted potential buyers.
The ALCP2 supported Royal Honey by upgrading their honey processing enterprise with modern infrastructure, leading to increased and diversified production, expanded domestic sales, first steps of exports, and ultimately the opening of this fully equipped showroom in Tbilisi.
The ALCP2 implemented by Mercy Corps Georgia, is funded by the Swiss Development Cooperation (SDC) in cooperation with the Austrian Development Cooperation (ADC) and Sweden.
